Delighted that two of my Forest Breath Paintings series “Stone Forest” and “The Meeting point “ will be showing till the end of the year at Xishuangbanna State Art Museum . This follows the amazing artist residency programme two months ago.

Below is the collaborative video performance made inside the rainforest with other residency artists (September 2023) . This was my first attempt to write a simple bilingual song , the tempo and melody are a combination of Sean nós and song in the style of the  Daizu minority nation . Tie Farong  on drum  （who has drummed professionally before） and myself composed and performed the music . Next time I get such a wonderful opportunity  I will try to look a little less awkward !
